Sivaraman v, Associate Director, Assurance, delivered a technical session on Labour Laws at SIRC of ICAI on 15th June 2023. He focused on 4 labour laws having applicability to almost all establishments together with the related accounting, disclosure, auditing considerations, observations of the reviewers, and practical issues thereon.
